Employee Relations & Technology

Employee Relations & Technology (ER&T) is a one-stop shopping center for employees and managers who need assistance with questions, concerns or issues involving university policies, collective bargaining and contract administration matters, discipline and disciplinary action, and the performance management process. The Employee Relations and the Technology unit is located in 114 Rowe Hall.

ER&T team members also support the SAP/HR module and provide maintenance, enhancement, upgrade, and troubleshooting assistance for this key administrative information system. The SAP/HR team is located in 117 Foust Hall.
