Cash in on Wellness Healthy Choices Awards - email IncentOne
Upon completion of any of the "For the Health or It!" Wellness program components, participants will receive Healthy Choice Awards in the respective cash amounts! Participants will receive an email (mailed letter award available upon request) from IncentOne, CMU's partner for your wellness awards. The letter or email will notify participants that a Healthy Choice Award has been added to your account with IncentOne. Follow the instructions from IncentOne into your account and select whether to receive your award as a gift card, gift certificate, or as merchandise. You may also let your rewards accumulate as you complete components and redeem for larger gifts later on!

Per IRS regulations, cash rewards must be taxed. When the cash rewards are paid to your account, the amount of the reward will be taxed in your paycheck.
