“For the Health of it!” the CMU Employee Wellness Program encourages you to exercise regularly,
which leads to an improved quality of life and better overall health! Participants will receive $35 quarterly ($140 annual total) for
exercising aerobically a minimum of 1,170 minutes each quarter (every three months). This can be
accomplished in as little as 30 minutes per day, 3 times per week!

Be sure to regularly update your exercise records so that you know each quarter
whether you are on track for the reward. You must achieve the minimum minutes
each quarter in order to qualify for gain-sharing at the end of the year if you are on a CMU PPO plan.
