"For The Health of It" Employee Wellness Program

Promoting a healthy university community through assistance, awareness and education.

"For the Health of it!", CMU's employee wellness program, is located in the CHIP Facility. The program offers a variety of ways to enhance the health and well-being of CMU faculty and staff. Wellness programs focus on the Wellness Wheel and the six dimensions of wellness; physical, intellectual, occupational, emotional, social and spiritual.
